Annual exhibitions continued through 1916 and 1917.  On July 1st 2016 after a short Remembrance Ceremony, we mounted a month-long display featuring those who were lost in the Somme campaign, and identifying the nine souls with no  known grave commemorated on the great Thiepval Monument.  Further details, from St Michael and All Angels main website, can be seen here.  Bedford Park and the Parish had lost 26 Fallen in 1916.  At the customary  Sunday Choral Mass and Act of Remembrance in 1917, and during the rest of November, we displayed the stories of a selection of the 40 losses of 1917, the greatest annual number of our Fallen of the whole War.  Details here.
